OMI is a career tool for physicians and mid-level providers which connects them with the Indiana communities and employers that need them. Launched in 2002, OMI was developed through a collaborative effort of the Indiana State Medical Association, Indiana Hospital and Health Association, and the Indiana Osteopathic Association.

Candidates can browse opportunities by geographic region, member employer and specialty, and can apply to any that interest them. OMI allows only in-house physician recruiters, practice managers and CEO’s to utilize the website. There are no recruitment or contingency firms permitted!
